123: Why Inherited Family Trauma Matters & How to Spot the Symptoms — Mark Wolynn

This book really made a huge impact on my life, personally and I couldn't wait to chat with him. 

Mark is director of The Family Constellation Institute in San Francisco and is a leading expert in the field of inherited family trauma. Mark specializes in working with depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, fears, panic disorders, self-injury, chronic pain and persistent symptoms and conditions. His amazing articles have appeared in Psychology Today, Mind Body Green, MariaShriver.com, Elephant Journal and Psych Central, and his poetry has been published in The New Yorker. 

During our chat today, Mark dives into the personal experience that lead him to explore the world of inherited family trauma, as well as what he kept seeing in his patients as a young therapist when he was just starting out. I couldn’t believe it when I heard what he had to say, it’s truly fascinating.   

Mark’s story is incredible, and the work he is doing helps people understand why they’re experiencing the things they are, and how to healthily end the cycle of inherited family trauma.
