087: The Benefits of Gratitude + 3 Things I’m Thankful For This Year
Have you ever woken up to one of those days? I’m talking about the kind of days where everything feels kinda dull, little things keep going wrong, and even your coffee tastes a bit … off.
Whether you stayed up too late the night before or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed—bad days happen to us all.
But what if I told you that, in the time it takes to drink that slightly “off” coffee, you could turn your day around for the better?
I’ve found that practicing gratitude daily helps me stay focused on the good things, no matter how hectic life gets (here’s looking at you, launch week!).
